Workday Financial Expert

The Workday Financial Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' financial systems. This expert will provide top-notch application management and functional support to resolve issues, manage enhancements, and maintain a stable, optimized, and aligned environment.
This position requires hands-on expertise across core financial modules, a deep understanding of business processes, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with Workday Financials in a support, analyst, or consultant capacity.
- Proficiency in at least three of the following areas:
- Financial Accounting
- Procurement
- Expenses
- Projects
- Assets
- Customer Accounts
- Supplier Accounts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Workday EIBs, Workday Reports, and security fundamentals.
- To deliver exceptional client service, identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- To collaborate closely with clients to ensure their Workday environment is properly configured and meets their business needs.
- To stay up-to-date with Workday system updates, new features, and best practices to continually improve services.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
