Workday Time Tracking Specialist

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the effective implementation, configuration, and support of Workday Time Tracking solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, organize, and establish governance frameworks.
  • Conduct workshops to identify, analyze, and specify time tracking requirements through close collaboration with project teams.
  • Draft functional specifications and configure the Workday Time Tracking module to ensure seamless integration with HR processes.
  • Monitor progress and ensure alignment with business objectives through regular check-ins.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing scenarios to validate time tracking solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on deployment and offer user assistance during transition to Workday Time Tracking.
  • Deliver tailored training sessions to users and contribute to change management initiatives to drive adoption.
  • Create detailed documentation for configurations and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Build strong relationships with HR, payroll, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of time tracking processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Workday Time Tracking projects, including implementation, support, or migration.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting the Workday Time Tracking module.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in time tracking, attendance policies, and compliance.
  • Experience in system configuration, testing, and user training within Workday.
  • Workday Time Tracking certification is a significant asset.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse environments.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
