Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Expenses Expert to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Workday Expense Configuration, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and EIB (Enterprise Integration Builder).

They should have experience working with Workday HCM and be proficient in tasks such as business process configuration, integrations, data transmission, testing, and troubleshooting.

The selected candidate will lead finance expenses workstream(s) to design, configure, test, and deploy leading practice-based business processes and solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide Workday subject matter functional expertise for day-to-day support and development.
  2. Configure Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through testing systems, and assist businesses in testing.
  3. Gather configuration requirements, problem-solve with business stakeholders, and perform other related tasks.
  4. Develop reports to support both domestically and internationally for various areas of the Workday product.
  5. Partner with HR teams to analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions within the Workday ecosystem.
  6. Ongoing enhancements of new Workday features/functionality and provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of Workday Expenses experience with proficiency in the use of Workday HCM.
  • Excellent knowledge of Workday Expense Configuration, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and EIB (Enterprise Integration Builder).
  • Proven Workday functional expertise Expense module.
  • Experience with Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and integration development.
  • Ability to Customize the Workday Expense and desire to learn about and expand your expertise to encompass new areas of Expense Management.
