Job Title: Finance Leader

Our company is seeking a seasoned Finance Leader to drive our commercial, accounts, and finance operations.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in accounting, financial management, and team leadership. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment, making informed decisions, and driving growth through excellent customer relationships.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Finalize the Books of Accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and Income Tax Returns (ITR) for regulatory compliance.
  • Manage taxation compliances, including VAT, GST, and income tax.
  • Monitor agreements, bank guarantees, and ensure timely payment and receipts.
  • Develop strategic commercial plans, set directions, and negotiate with customers, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage the performance of the commercial team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Oversee expenses, budgeting, and cost control initiatives to optimize business efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate commercial risks, protecting the organization's interests.
  • Manage payables and receivables, cash flow, and treasury functions.
  • Ensure branch-level account management and finance oversight, maintaining effective relationships with local teams.
  • Deal with legal matters, contract renewals, and disputes.
  • Study and implement cost-cutting strategies to enhance business competitiveness.
