Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Workday consultant with extensive experience in implementing and managing complex Workday solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Gathering requirements from clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities
  2. Designing and configuring Workday solutions to meet those needs
  3. Conducting testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet client expectations
  4. Providing training and support to clients on using Workday solutions

Requirements include:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday implementation and management
  2. Extensive knowledge of Workday functionality, including Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll modules
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
