ServiceNow Team Leader

This role requires a seasoned professional to lead and mentor a team of developers in delivering top-tier platform services to global clients.

  • Lead a team of ServiceNow developers, ensuring timely delivery of incidents, requests, and enhancements.
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for platform-related issues and ensure rapid resolution.
  • Enforce best practices across code-based and no-code configurations within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Conduct peer reviews, sprint planning sessions, and support user story estimation.
  • Present developed solutions to stakeholders and business process owners.
  • Manage regular platform maintenance, including upgrades and clone activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
  • Mandatory Certifications : ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) & CSA (Certified System Administrator)
  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in development and leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge and implementation experience in modules such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, or HRSD
  • Proficient in JavaScript (client-side and server-side scripting)
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies and ITIL framework
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
