About the Job

  • Create and maintain ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and configure custom ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications and services.
  • Configure and manage store integrations to ensure smooth functionality of new and existing integrations.
  • Maintain proper documentation for configurations, customizations, and integration processes.
Key Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are essential for this role:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow.
  • Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (mandatory).
  • Strong expertise in Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance modules.
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow platform customization.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize ServiceNow applications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a problem-solving mindset.
