Définir les besoins de l'entreprise et identifier les solutions.
L'exécutif des comptes est responsable de déterminer les besoins commerciaux, d'identifier les opportunités et de développer des stratégies pour atteindre les objectifs.

Certains des principaux objectifs incluent:
  • Développer des relations commerciales avec les clients actuels et potentiels;
  • Identifier les nouvelles opportunités de vente et créer des plans pour attirer de nouveaux clients;
  • Concevoir et exécuter des stratégies de marketing efficaces pour promouvoir les produits ou services de l'entreprise;
  • Mettre en place des processus et systèmes pour suivre et mesurer les performances de l'entreprise.

Compétences requises:
  • Expérience professionnelle minimum d'un an dans la gestion de compte client;
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel;
  • Aptitude à communiquer efficacement avec les clients et l'équipe;
  • Possibilité d'apporter une perspective créative et innovante aux problèmes comerciaux.
