Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of machinery used in nutraceutical manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will have experience in machinery operations within Nutraceuticals, Food Manufacturing, or Pharmaceuticals, and will be familiar with blending, granulation, encapsulation, filling, or packaging machines.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating and monitoring machinery according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Setting up, calibrating, and adjusting machines to ensure accurate and efficient production
  • Conducting regular equipment checks to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations
  • Maintaining product quality standards during machine operations in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines
  • Recording machine operating data, production outputs, and downtime logs accurately

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong understanding of machine operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of food safety, quality control, and hygienic practices
  • Familiarity with GMP, GHP, HACCP, and regulatory guidelines
  • Ability to conduct and document in-process checks accurately
