Job Title: Senior Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary:

The Senior Maintenance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of process equipment and facilities within a fast-paced environment. This role involves planning, executing, and documenting preventive and breakdown maintenance activities while adhering to industry regulations and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections of process equipment to identify potential issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance-related issues and ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
  • Operate and maintain HVAC systems, clean room parameters, and other facility equipment.
  • Document all maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective actions, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Strong understanding of industry regulations, including cGMP, GDP, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goals.
