
Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a customer support associate. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and providing support to our customers.
About the Role:
- You will act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries.
- Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our network infrastructure, devices, and connectivity faults.
- You will also be responsible for guiding customers through device activation processes, including onboarding and deployment with our local partners.
- In addition, you will respond to sales inquiries, providing information on our products and services, including pricing and promotions.
- You will collaborate with internal teams to escalate leads and ensure seamless communication with customers.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools, documenting recurring concerns, resolution steps, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with technical, product, and operations teams to track customer issues and feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in ISP or networking-related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
