
Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with exceptional service and support via phone, email, and chat.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Korean, ensuring high-quality service and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and transaction-related support, providing accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining professionalism.
- Process customer transactions, orders, and requests promptly and accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, following company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Korean (spoken and written) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
- Good typing speed and proficiency in handling email, chat, and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts.
- BASIC computer knowledge and familiarity with customer support software.
Preferred Qualifications:
A plus if you have:
- Experience in e-commerce, banking, or technical support.
- Certification in Korean language proficiency (TOPIK or equivalent).
