About the role:

  • Serve as a key technical liaison for customers, providing guidance and support throughout product development cycles.
  • Assist in designing customized solutions that meet customer-specific requirements.
  • Develop and present technical materials, demonstrations, and training sessions to customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries, issues, and concerns, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.

Key skills include architecting or supporting complex SoCs from definition to tape-out, addressing implementation challenges on advanced process nodes, understanding reliability and RAS for enterprise and infrastructure markets, and knowledge of functional safety standards and certification.

This position requires expertise in semiconductor technology and experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
