As a key member of our team, the Field Service Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction, improving service turnaround time, and driving business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely service support at customer sites across Mangalore and surrounding areas, ensuring seamless field operations.
  • Ensure correct installation, testing, and performance verification on commissioning calls, guaranteeing high-quality deliverables.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, with a preference for Gas Engine experience to drive efficiency.
  • Minimize Turnaround Time (TAT) for complaint resolution and improve Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), promoting optimal service delivery.
  • Contribute towards Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and other aftermarket growth opportunities, leveraging technical expertise.
  • Document, report, and provide feedback to the Regional/Central Service Team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Pursue AOP growth through targeted service delivery and customer engagement strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferably with Gas Engine experience.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in field service, installation, or maintenance, with a strong foundation in technical processes.
Essential Skills & Competencies:
  • Exceptional technical troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and precision.
  • Knowledge of installation and commissioning standards, with ability to adapt to changing requirements.
  • Strong customer handling and communication skills, with ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction, efficiency improvements, and continuous learning.
