Key Roles and Responsibilities

As a Manager Total Rewards, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation structures that align with business objectives and market competitiveness.

You will conduct benchmarking, salary surveys, and market analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

Additionally, you will design and manage employee benefits programs (health, insurance, retirement, wellness, etc.) and evaluate their effectiveness.

Further, you will drive annual compensation review cycles (increments, promotions, and bonus payouts) and partner with business leaders and HRBPs to ensure fair, transparent, and performance-driven reward systems.

You will also ensure compliance with statutory requirements, labor laws, and company policies, maintain governance and documentation for compensation & benefits programs, and create dashboards, reports, and insights on compensation, benefits utilization, and workforce cost analysis.

Lastly, you will communicate reward policies, benefits, and compensation philosophy effectively to employees and act as a subject matter expert for employee queries related to pay, benefits, and rewards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
