Job Title: Product Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Product Strategist to play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of new products. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in product ideation, evaluation, and creation of product constructs.

The Product Strategist will work closely with stakeholders to obtain governance approval and ensure timely filing processes. This includes:

  • Assisting in product ideation through workshops with various channels to gather new product ideas and requirements.
  • Evaluating product ideas based on price and features to identify lead channels for prudent filtration.
  • Creating product constructs/coverage wordings with stakeholder consensus and sign-off.
  • FOLLOW defined processes to obtain governance approval from PMC and the product filing process with the Regulator.

In this role, you will also be responsible for reviewing and monitoring product performance to highlight variations and drive necessary path correction. This includes:

  • Developing detailed analysis on Market Entry & GTM strategy for new products.
  • Coordinating with IT and other stakeholders through workshops for effective functional requirement gathering.
  • Filing approved products in a timely manner to adhere to internal and regulatory guidelines.

You will also be responsible for creating product information decks, including FAQs, product presentations, and propositions for circulation to internal and external stakeholders. This includes:

  • Developing specific pitches/propositions to support sales teams with technical know-how.
  • Resolving customer queries at the product helpdesk to drive high satisfaction rates.

The Product Strategist will also create reports as per regulatory requirements for complete compliance. This includes:

  • Executing product filing and approval processes in accordance with guidelines.
  • Assessing and considering risks to inform decision-making.
