Structural Engineer Job

We are looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, with expertise in managing structural design for high-rise residential and township projects.


This role involves reviewing structural schemes for various residential projects, focusing on structural efficiency and buildability. You will also be responsible for conducting in-house peer reviews of structural engineering deliverables from consultants, including design basis reports, geotechnical reports, analysis models, design calculations, reinforcement detailing, and GFC drawings.

Literature survey/study on structural analysis & design advancements, national and international codes/standards, current global trends, new technology etc.

Cross-functional collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with other departments to support costing, contracts, and procurement, planning, quality, safety, etc. to ensure control over project cost, time, quality, and safety.


Engineering management process development is another critical aspect of this role, involving the creation of guidelines for different construction methodologies (RCC, structural steel, precast, composite construction, etc.).

Project timelines must be adhered to, and implementing process improvement activities in your own work area is essential. This role requires a deep understanding of design aspects and relative advantages of different construction methodologies.

Key Qualifications & Experience include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from a reputable institution.
  • 5-12 years of experience in managing structural design for high-rise residential/township projects.
  • Hands-on experience with software such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, BIM 360, etc.
