Purchasing Executive

Job Role:

As a Purchasing Executive, you will be responsible for managing purchase orders and requisitions from initiation to delivery.

The successful candidate will handle procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.

You will maintain accurate records of goods ordered and received.

Additionally, you will negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers and liaise between suppliers and project teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage purchase orders and requisitions throughout the procurement cycle
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential vendors
  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet business objectives
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
