Job Summary:
As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective vendor management strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services. Your expertise in supply chain management and procurement processes will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 2 years of experience in purchasing or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and implement vendor selection and management procedures
- Negotiate with vendors to secure best possible prices and terms
- Monitor and analyze supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
