About Us

We are a dynamic Purchase Executive with 3–4 years of experience in procurement and sourcing within the automotive ancillary sector. The ideal candidate should hold an MBA in Operations and possess strong analytical, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Procurement Management: Source and procure raw materials, components, consumables, and tooling for manufacturing operations.
  • Supplier Evaluation: Identify, evaluate, and on-board suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
  • Purchase Order Management: Raise and monitor purchase orders based on production schedules and inventory levels.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.
  • Cost Savings Initiatives: Track market trends and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with production, stores, quality, and finance teams to ensure end-to-end procurement alignment.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation for audits, vendor evaluations, and management reporting.
  • New Product Development (NPD): Assist in NPD sourcing activities.

Key Requirements

  • Education: MBA in Operations Management (Mandatory)
  • Experience: 3–4 years of hands-on procurement experience in an automotive ancillary or Tier 1 supplier environment
  • Skills:
    • Vendor Negotiation and Relationship Management
    • Basic Knowledge of ERP Systems
    • Familiarity with Automotive Standards and Documentation
    • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Reporting Tools
