**Job Overview**

The role of an IT Support Analyst revolves around providing expert technical support to employees across the globe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering first- and second-level support, ensuring that all domestic computer hardware and software issues are promptly resolved.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure timely operational and technical support for personal computers and troubleshoot all domestic computer hardware and software issues.
  2. Provide prompt and effective troubleshooting, resolution, and documentation of all problems and service requests.
  3. Develop accurate documentation of installation and configuration procedures for both standard and non-standard software packages.
  4. Manage deployment and rollout of software and hardware.
  5. Maintain an accurate inventory of company assets.
  6. Create and maintain our knowledge base to support users.
  7. Collaborate with the Cybersecurity team to ensure all network assets are secured.
  8. Update problem management database with timely and meaningful information.
  9. Gather and log all relevant information about issues and attempts to resolve them.
  10. Utilize the knowledge base to assist in troubleshooting efforts and share experiences with team members.
  11. Assist in the deployment of desktop PCs and peripherals.
  12. On-board new employees with company orientation to computer assets.
  13. Respond to all voice mail and email daily.
  14. Develop working knowledge of all desktop applications and OS software supported by Desktop Services.
  15. Troubleshoot and assist in the use of all supported software.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in Desktop and/or Helpdesk support.
  3. Prior work-related experience with current standard desktop software (Microsoft Office, Windows).
  4. Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
  5. Experience working with international clients is an asset.
  6. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office and SAP is an asset.
