Global Finance Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned process improvement specialist to lead our global process initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in standardization, simplification, and automation of transactional activities.
This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive change and inspire teams to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process enhancement.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and procedures.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with process mapping and analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
