Job Title: Technical Customer Support Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Customer Support Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer support and has a strong background in technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving complex technical issues and escalating as necessary
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer support processes and outcomes
- Developing and implementing knowledge base articles and training materials
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Experience working with support ticketing systems such as Jira Service Desk
- Familiarity with customer invoicing, billing, or finance operations in a SaaS or B2B environment
