Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Executive. The Customer Support Executive will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing online support requests, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also includes offering technical support to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Online Support and Technical Support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in the trading or financial industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are advantageous
- Salary- 10k-22k per month.
