Strategic Business Partner

As a seasoned executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing payment processes, ensuring seamless approvals from stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile payments/deductions invoices, monitor approval timelines, and maintain punctuality.
  • Analyze invoices, break down by segmentation, and ensure timely closure of tactics post payments, managing trade spend in respective accounts.
  • Communicate risks and opportunities to the sales team, control, and finance.
  • Validate tactic pricing with pricing grids for any discrepancy in accruals and invoices.
  • Track payments and funding for vendors.
  • Manage expectations through verbal and written interactions with internal teams, including sales, finance, and control.
  • Ensure delivery of accurate and timely payment data in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLA).
  • Implement continued improvements and simplifications of processes, standardization of reporting, and optimal use of technology (automation).
Requirements:
  • Experience of 2-4 years.
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce/business administration/marketing or finance; master's degree is a plus.
  • Prior fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to work through large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
  • Proactive, responsive, and results-driven.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
