Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payment Solutions Business Manager to lead our Payment Solutions Platform team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and operations, generating leads, onboarding NGOs, and providing donor support.

About the Role

  1. Lead our Payment Solutions Platform team in both sales and operations.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, inside sales, NGO onboarding, and donor support.
  3. Serve as the key account manager and first point of contact for resolving escalated concerns from NGOs.
  4. Analyze existing processes and identify bottlenecks, developing tangible solutions to improve efficiency.
  5. Collaborate with the CEO to review and streamline day-to-day activities and employee performance.
  6. Manage and recruit a team as required for replacement or growth.
