As a Process Developer, you will play a crucial role in executing and managing payment runs in Oracle Fusion ERP, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant disbursements to vendors, employees, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process scheduled and ad hoc payments (ACH, wire transfers, checks, credit cards) through Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Validate payment proposals to ensure correct vendor selection, bank account information, and payment terms.
  • Monitor and execute payment batches, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls.
  • Reconcile payment transactions and handle any rejections, returns, or duplicate payments.
  • Coordinate with banks and treasury teams for fund transfers, confirmations, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with company payment policies, SOX/internal controls, and vendor master data integrity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or business administration is required.
  • Experience in a global environment, particularly in hi-tech, manufacturing, and IT distribution industries is beneficial.
  • AP payments processing experience, preferably in a shared services/BPO environment is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP, specifically in the Payments and Payables modules is mandatory.
  • Payment processing workflows, banking formats (e.g., ACH, SWIFT), and cash disbursement cycles are also important.
