Role Overview

The ideal candidate should be analytical, proactive, and able to translate client objectives into high-performing campaigns.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, set up, and execute large-scale digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis, ensuring key metrics (CTR, CPI, CPA, ROI) are being met.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve delivery, scale, and efficiency.
  • Prepare and share detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and drive campaign success.
  • Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign reporting and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with ad platforms (DSPs, Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
