Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to lead and optimize our performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing paid marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, maximize return on investment (ROI), and scale customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We require B2B SaaS marketing experience with a deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer lifetime value (CLV), and ongoing user retention.
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead creation and management of paid campaigns across platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and manage daily, weekly, monthly performance reports to ensure campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
  • Drive growth initiatives through retargeting, CRM-based campaigns, and advanced segmentation strategies.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search (Google, Meta, and other channels).
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
