We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, implementing campaigns, and building brand awareness to drive business growth. The role involves both digital and offline marketing activities, requiring creativity, strong communication, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
  • Plan and oversee advertising and promotional activities (online & offline).
  • Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, social media, email campaigns, and paid ads.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Create engaging content for social media, websites, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Organize events, product launches, and brand promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Knowledge of market research and data analysis techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
