Digital Marketing Lead

Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Lead with 2–3 years of experience in managing and executing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and lead generation, while also being capable of strategizing and guiding a small team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and qualified leads.
- Plan and manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and digital assets for better engagement and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, etc.).
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendors/agencies as required.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, or similar.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to strategize as well as execute campaigns end-to-end.
- Team management/mentorship experience is a plus.
