At BeBran Digital, we don't just run ads — we engineer growth. As a fast-growing digital marketing & web development agency, we're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Expert who can turn clicks into customers, and campaigns into revenue, across Google Ads & Meta Ads.

This is a Full-time Remote Job for Meta Ads Expert at BeBran Digital. Ideal candidate will expand the client's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content. You will create and implement the performance marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.

Salary: 20k per month

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager.
  • Conduct audience research and create laser-targeted campaigns for conversions, leads, and brand awareness.
  • Develop and test ad creatives, copy, and formats (image, carousel, video, reels, etc.).
  • Manage campaign budgets, bids, and daily ad spends to ensure ROI.
  • Track KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Set up retargeting, lookalike audiences, and advanced custom audience strategies.
  • Coordinate with design/content teams for creatives aligned with campaign goals.
  • Monitor competitor ad strategies and suggest improvements.
  • Run A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and targeting.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and present insights with actionable recommendations.
  • Stay updated with Meta platform updates, policies, and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience managing performance campaigns on Meta Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with Business Manager & Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, ROAS, and attribution models.
  • Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and make informed decisions quickly.
  • Experience in retargeting & remarketing campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting sense for ads and ability to brief creatives effectively.
  • Agency experience preferred but not mandatory.
