About this role, we're seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an HR Intern.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Onboarding: Ensure a seamless transition for new hires, from paperwork to induction and their first day. This includes managing online databases, coordinating with central teams, and supporting payroll or compliance processes.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives to boost morale and foster a strong team culture. This may include employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and regular feedback sessions.
  • Employee Connect: Be the go-to person for employees in our office, building trust and maintaining regular connections. This includes addressing employee queries related to policies, benefits, leave, and other matters promptly and empathetically.
  • Culture Champion: Help nurture and promote our company's core values and inclusive culture across the office. This includes promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives, celebrating employee milestones, and fostering a positive work environment.
