Job Opportunity: Market Access Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to lead market access initiatives, ensuring optimal product availability and patient access in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective market access strategies to ensure timely product launch and reimbursement approvals.
  • Conduct thorough market research and health economics analysis to identify market access barriers, pricing trends, and payer requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to generate evidence supporting product value and develop compelling business cases.
  • Negotiate reimbursement agreements and access conditions with Indian payers and healthcare authorities.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory submissions, HTA applications, and market access dossiers.
  • Monitor policy developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to adapt market access strategies.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support product lifecycle management.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including Indian payers, key opinion leaders, industry bodies, and internal teams.
Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A postgraduate degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Health Economics, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Market Access, HEOR, Pricing & Reimbursement, or related function within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian healthcare systems, pricing & reimbursement pathways, HTA processes, and payer dynamics.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing market access strategies, preparing regulatory submissions, and engaging with Indian payers.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
