Senior Digital Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our paid campaigns across digital platforms and drive results for healthcare services.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, patient leads, and appointments for healthcare clinics, hospitals, and telehealth services.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis specific to healthcare.
  • Analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, Patient Acquisition Cost) and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging ad copies, creatives, and video campaigns aligned with healthcare guidelines.
  • Evaluate and optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and funnels for conversion rate improvement.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with healthcare advertising regulations (Google's healthcare ad policy, Meta restrictions, HIPAA/GDPR).
  • Implement remarketing & retargeting strategies to engage potential patients.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and compliance policies in the healthcare industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO basics, and automation tools.
  • Proven track record of lead generation, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking.
  • In-depth understanding of the healthcare patient journey and compliance norms.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
