Job Title: Enterprise Access Management Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the secure access and identity management of enterprise applications through centralized systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Single Sign-On (SSO) infrastructure, integrating with cloud services and on-prem applications for seamless access.
- Oversee authentication mechanisms for secure access, including SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and Kerberos.
- Maintain and optimize identity and access management systems, including Active Directory, Azure AD, and Federation Services.
- Handle full account lifecycle management, provisioning, deprovisioning, and role changes in coordination with HR and security teams.
- Support group management processes, access role definitions, and distribution/security group governance.
- Monitor authentication systems for high availability, performance, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related incidents, including login failures, MFA issues, and access provisioning errors.
- Implement policies for identity lifecycle, group management, and authentication standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- 3+ years of experience managing SSO solutions and identity platforms in an enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 identity services.
- Hands-on experience with SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and LDAP protocols.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell for identity automation.
- Understanding of account lifecycle management and integration with HR systems.
