Job Title: Privileged Access Management Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced expert to enhance, administer, and support privileged access management solutions to secure and manage privileged accounts across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the enhancement and administration of privileged access management solutions in hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance PAM Solutions: Enhance and maintain Centrify PAM solutions to ensure seamless integration with identity providers and least privilege access.
  • Manage Privileged Access Policies: Develop and enforce privileged access policies, role-based access controls, and session monitoring to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Integrate with Identity Providers: Integrate Centrify with Active Directory, LDAP, and other identity providers to facilitate secure authentication and authorization.
  • Implement Least Privilege Access: Implement least privilege access and secure remote access for internal and third-party users to minimize the attack surface.
  • Audit and Compliance: Monitor and audit privileged sessions, generate reports, and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations such as SOX, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
  • Troubleshoot Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PAM infrastructure and integrations to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with InfoSec, IT, and compliance teams to align PAM strategies with organizational security goals and objectives.
  • Stay Updated: Stay updated with the latest Centrify features, patches, and best practices to ensure optimal performance and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with PAM: 3-5 years of experience in Privileged Access Management with at least 2 years hands-on experience with Centrify legacy and Delinea.
  • Understanding of PAM Principles: Strong understanding of Privilege access management (PAM) principles and their application in hybrid environments.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Windows/Linux systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with SIEM tools, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and compliance frameworks.
  • Scripting Knowledge: Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, Python) is a plus.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Delinea Certified PAM Professional, Centrify) are good to have.
