Senior Leasing Professional

We are seeking a seasoned commercial leasing professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting prospective tenants through direct outreach, broker networks, and referrals.
The ideal candidate will have a healthy pipeline of leasing opportunities with premium brands across retail, F&B, corporate, and lifestyle sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with reputed national & international brands;
- Negotiate lease terms, rental values, escalation clauses, and fit-out periods to achieve mutually beneficial agreements;
- Liaise with the legal team to draft, review, and finalize lease agreements in line with company policies;
Additional responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular market surveys to monitor rental trends, vacancy rates, and competitive developments;
- Showcasing USPs such as location advantages, footfall data, amenities, and brand positioning;
- Working closely with the marketing team to plan campaigns that attract target brands;
- Coordinating with operations and facilities teams to ensure spaces are ready for tenant visits and handovers;
- Maintaining accurate records of all leasing inquiries, negotiations, agreements, and renewals;
- Submitting weekly/monthly reports to management on leasing performance, pipeline status, and market updates.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in commercial leasing premium offices;
- A strong network with national & international brands;
- An MBA or PG Diploma in Marketing/ Sales / Real Estate (preferred);
- Understanding of market trends & leasing processes.
