Leasing Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Leasing Manager to lead our leasing operations department.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will oversee the entire leasing process from inception to close, including site visits, negotiations, documentation, coordination, and administration. They will manage and direct daily activities in accordance with organization policies and standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise between in-house personnel, tenants, outside counsel, architects, consultants, brokers, and municipalities to negotiate, organize, track, and support our leasing processes.
  • Direct the daily activities of the leasing operations department to ensure efficient execution of leasing functions.
  • Oversee completion of all necessary paperwork and ensure proper customer service.
  • Maintain productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing operations department.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability of the department.
  • Monitor trends for competition in the marketplace.
  • Nurture high-level networking relationships with IPCs and leading leasing brokers.
  • Pursue direct marketing or sales efforts to various corporates.

Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in business administration (PGDM/MBA)
  • Professional qualifications: certification in retail leasing (optional)
  • Experience: 5+ years
