Leasing Director Position

This key role involves developing and implementing strategic plans to optimise rental income and occupancy levels across assigned portfolios.

  • Design and execute marketing campaigns to secure new tenancies, identify market segments, and engage with prospects.
  • Conduct in-depth market research on competitors and industry benchmarks to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Promote and review annual rental budgets and forecasts to ensure maximum results.
  • Provide regular updates to Management on market trends, competition, and asset positioning.

To excel in this position, you will require:

  • A degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, or Business Marketing.
  • At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in marketing and leasing, including 3 or more years in a managerial capacity.
  • An extensive network of contacts within the real estate sector.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
