Compliance Officer Job Description

This role is responsible for ensuring the organization's compliance with all applicable statutory, regulatory, and internal governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of internal processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, corporate governance, and internal control systems. They will also possess excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Company Secretary (CS) or LLB/LLM in Corporate Law/Compliance
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance/Risk/Compliance
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Business Law with relevant compliance or risk management experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to work effectively across functions and manage multiple priorities.
