Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned IAM professional to lead access governance initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with clients to design, configure, and manage user access review processes.

Your primary objective will be to ensure that client access review processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing and configuring user access review processes using the Saviynt platform or similar access governance solutions. A strong understanding of access governance and compliance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, and PCI DSS is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their user access review requirements and objectives
  • Design and configure user access review campaigns in the Saviynt platform
  • Customize access review workflows to align with clients' organizational structure and business processes
  • Configure automated access certification campaigns to streamline the review process
  • Provide guidance and training to client administrators on managing access review campaigns
  • Monitor access review activities and metrics to ensure reviews are completed on time and access risks are mitigated

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Previous experience implementing and configuring user access review processes using the Saviynt platform or similar access governance solutions
  • Strong understanding of access governance and compliance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, and PCI DSS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders
