Identity Governance Specialist

As a highly skilled Identity Governance Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure and efficient Identity Governance environment. This includes working closely with business and technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues and implement advanced security measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for identity governance systems, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with development teams to design and implement custom workflows and integrations.
  • Analyze logs and debug code to resolve complex issues and improve system performance.
  • Implement and manage identity governance policies, procedures, and certifications.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with identity governance software, including SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Expertise in L3 support, debugging, and root cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of Java, BeanShell, XML, and identity governance APIs.
  • Experience with integration to target systems (Active Directory, Azure AD, databases, LDAP, web services, etc.).
  • Good understanding of IGA concepts (provisioning, workflows, certifications, access requests, lifecycle events).
  • Experience in custom connector development and application onboarding.
