Finance/NBFC organizations require senior IT governance professionals to lead large-scale IT initiatives. These leaders must have expertise in setting up data centers, establishing robust testing frameworks, and developing enterprise-grade resiliency and operations centers (ROC).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Center Setup & Management
  • Lead end-to-end planning, design, and implementation of data centers.
  • Ensure scalability, compliance, security, and disaster recovery measures are in place.
  • Testing COE (Center of Excellence)
  • Establish and govern testing frameworks, methodologies, and automation strategies.
  • Drive quality assurance across applications, infrastructure, and business systems.
  • Resiliency & Operations Center (ROC)
  • Build and manage an advanced ROC for proactive monitoring and incident management.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho ManageEngine, Site24x7, New Relic, Dynatrace, or similar platforms.
  • Implement resiliency strategies to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • IT Governance & Compliance
  • Define policies, standards, and frameworks aligned with finance/NBFC regulations.
  • Oversee audits, risk management, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Leadership & Strategy
  • Partner with CXOs to align IT governance with business strategy.
  • Mentor and guide technology teams to deliver excellence in IT operations.
Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong expertise in data center design and operations.
  • Proven experience in testing framework setup and execution.
  • Hands-on experience with ROC tools – Zoho ManageEngine, Site24x7, New Relic, Dynatrace.
  • Knowledge of resiliency frameworks, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
  • Strong governance, compliance, and regulatory understanding of the finance/NBFC sector.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
