Job Role: Identity Governance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Identity Governance Specialist to work on our Continuous Improvements initiative.

This specialist will focus on enhancing the existing identity infrastructure, improving data quality, and reducing operational risks. They will also lay the foundation for automation and future scalability across our identity ecosystem.

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to design and execute test cases for SIT and UAT, ensuring our products meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and user expectations.
  • This specialist will liaise with different areas of the project team, providing updates at daily stand-ups and functional calls.
  • They will record accurate test results in JIRA and capture evidence.
  • This role requires staying up-to-date with industry knowledge and sharing learnings with team members.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a QA role with IT Security related projects, access controls, and Identity and Access Management.
  • University Degree (Bachelors) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Key Skills:
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience in using Identity and Access Management suite or other access provisioning tools.
  • Familiarity with computing platforms, operating systems, and databases, including Windows, UNIX, Azure, CyberArk, Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL), Mainframe, Lotus Notes, SAP, and Active Directory user access administration protocols.
  • Knowledge on Java programming and SQL.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
