Agile Delivery Specialist

The Agile Delivery Specialist is a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of complex systems.

This individual will lead and facilitate Program Increment planning, system demos, and Agile ceremonies.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to define and prioritize features.
  • Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks, promoting continuous improvement in Agile maturity.
  • Ensure alignment of delivery objectives across technology, operations, and business teams.

Main Responsibilities:

Promoting Agile Maturity

  • Collaborate with Product Managers to develop and implement effective project management strategies.
  • Analyze and identify areas for process improvements to increase team efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge sharing platforms to promote collaboration and information exchange among teams.

Delivery Excellence

  • Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure that product backlog items are properly prioritized and ready for development.
  • Collaborate with Development Teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team progress and success.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of IT experience, with at least 3-5 years as a Release Train Engineer, Program Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead.
  • Proven experience in running large-scale Agile Release Trains, preferably with SAFe or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, program management, and scaled delivery practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex systems and drive improvements in Agile maturity.
