Position: Agile Process Facilitator

Experience Required: 8-10yrs

Work Location: Bangalore/Gurugram/Noida

Mode Of Work: Hybrid

Type of Hiring: Contract to Hire

Job Description:

  • We seek an experienced Scrum Master with strong Business Analyst skills to facilitate Agile processes and ensure successful project delivery.
  • The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both Scrum methodologies and business analysis techniques, enabling them to bridge the gap between development teams and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
  • Ensure successful project delivery by facilitating Agile processes.
  • Bridge the gap between development teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Overall 8+ years experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment at least 2+ years.
  • Experience in a Business Analyst role, with a strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Familiarity with software development processes and practices.

Certifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent preferred.

Technology Skills:

  • Dynamics 365 knowledge is required.
