Job Title: Agile Project CoordinatorAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to support our project management and cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate across teams, and hands-on experience with Jira.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between different departments (Operations, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Design, and Support) to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Manage project tracking and workflows using Jira (creating, assigning, monitoring tasks, and reporting).
  • Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and provide timely project updates.
  • Organize and participate in meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Identify risks, track dependencies, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support process improvements to increase team efficiency and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
