Job Title: Project Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to lead end-to-end project delivery of ServiceNow ITOM implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies and be able to manage project lifecycle from initiation through delivery.

The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs. They will also track and report project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure successful integration of ITOM with existing ITSM processes and the CMDB.

This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. The Project Coordinator will work closely with technical teams, business analysts, developers, architects, and platform owners to ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and organizational governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery of ServiceNow ITOM implementations, covering Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and more.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
  • Manage project lifecycle from initiation through delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Track and report project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure successful integration of ITOM with existing ITSM processes and the CMDB.
  • Work closely with technical teams, business analysts, developers, architects, and platform owners.
  • Act as liaison between business units and ServiceNow implementation partners or internal developers.
  • Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and organizational governance.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support testing, change management, and user adoption activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
