Project Coordinator

As a project coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to achieve timely completion within scope and with optimal resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for effective project execution.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects, adhering to scope and resource optimization.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, engaging stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Guarantee resource availability and effective allocation.
  • Utilize suitable tools to track progress and manage project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Analyze project performance using relevant systems and techniques.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Basecamp or Trello).
  • Regularly report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Nurture relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
  • Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements:
  • Degree in computer science or engineering, desirable for technical project coordinators.
  • Proven experience as a project administrator in the IT sector.
  • Solid technical background, including understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • PMP/PRINCE II certification is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential.
